This fat book covers the waterfront: deployment, desktop management, security, networking, interoperability, troubleshooting, and a whole lot more.

It's hard to pick out the highlights in a book this big, but we'll flag some areas where this book delivers especially great value to IT organizations. First, there's the step-by-step coverage of automating deployment across multiple systems, using Setup Manager, Remote Installation Server, Sysprep, and -- for those in global companies -- Microsoft's multilingual deployment tools. Then, there's the detailed coverage of mobile and remote user support, including power management, synchronization of offline files, wireless network support, and the new Remote Desktop.
